Drake reportedly bet $565,000 on Tyson Fury ahead of his Undisputed Heavyweight Championship match with Oleksandr Usyk.
But Fury lost the match, and Drizzy lost all of his cash… fans were quick to bring up Kendrick Lamar’s “Meet The Grahams,” where Kendrick accused the Canadian rapper of having a gambling problem.
Drake has lost $400,000 on Jake Paul’s bout with Tommy Fury and $1 million on Argentina to win the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The rapper also lost $2 million on Israel Adesanya in November 2022, who lost to Alex Pereira.
“First of all, I want to thank my lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, for this fantastic fight with Oleksandr. I believe I won that fight. I believe he won a few of the rounds, but I won the majority of them. And I believe it was… what can you do, one of those fixed decisions in boxing,” Tyson said in a statement following the loss. “We both put on a good fight, the best we could do. And you know his country (Ukraine) is at war, so people are siding with the country at war. But make no mistake, I won that fight in my opinion. I will be back. I have a rematch clause.”
