Drake is still standing by his friend Tory Lanez’s side and posted a message of support to his Instagram.
Drizzy posted a picture of Tory to his Instagram story with the words, “3 you.”
Lanez recently hired a new legal representation. The filing submitted by the new legal team argues that he is “not an impact to public safety, as he not only has a high likelihood of rehabilitation, but moreover, he continues to urge that this was an isolated event.”
Lanez is appealing his sentence. He has always denied shooting Megan Thee Stallion in her feet during the summer of 2020.
In October he wrote “regardless of how they try to spin my words, I have always maintained my innocence and I always will.”
Lanez continued by saying “In no way shape or form was I apologizing for the charges I’m being wrongfully convicted of. I remain on the stance that I refuse to apologize for something that I did not do.”
