Dorit Kemsley Slammed in Court Filing Over Alleged “Non-Cooperation”

Lyndon Abioye |

PK Kemsley says he is racing to save his family’s Los Angeles home from foreclosure while his estranged wife, Dorit Kemsley, remains in Europe for her 50th birthday trip.

The businessman asked a judge to place him in control of the roughly $8 million property. PK claims Dorit has made selling the home difficult through “non-cooperation” and “broken promises.”

The six-bedroom, 10-bathroom residence has reportedly been caught in the former couple’s worsening financial troubles, and PK, 58, says he moved out after their split but continued helping with household expenses. He claims Dorit did not pay the mortgage and that he personally provided $300,000 to prevent an immediate foreclosure. According to PK, Dorit agreed that he would be repaid from the sale proceeds.

PK also alleges Dorit spent more than $1 million on luxury items and travel while the property’s bills went unpaid. He says their children were left with Dorit’s parents and do not know when she plans to return. His filing accuses the reality star of choosing personal travel over “addressing the urgent financial crisis facing our family home.”

The pair separated in May 2024, and Dorit filed for divorce the following April.
