DJ Vlad says that Saweetie’s album would not have flopped if she had sat down for an interview with him. The album is being projected to sell just 2000 units first week.
“If Saweetie did a VladTV interview she would have easily done 10x her first week sales, which was 2000 copies. We actually reached out through one of our people and were told “she won’t do Vlad”. Her loss,” he tweeted.
Saweetie has done several interviews to promote her album, even speaking on Takeoff’s passing. She also released a diss track some think is aimed at Quavo…while others think she fired shots at Lil Baby.
Joe Budden reacted to the track: “Saweetie gotta shut the f-ck up. Come on, let’s just get to it. I don’t got time to play today. Saweetie gotta shut the f-ck up. That’s my take. I’m not listening to Saweetie until she answer the question everybody waiting for her to answer; Did you f-ck Offset or not?”
