DJ Akademiks is weighing in after Blueface claimed he is not the biological father of Chrisean Rock’s son.
During a recent livestream, Akademiks reacted to Blueface’s comments and questioned the rapper’s decision to distance himself from the child. Blueface recently suggested that Chrisean Jr. has a different father and said he could no longer continue what he described as a “plot” of being present for a child who is not biologically his.
Akademiks said he found the situation troubling and expressed concern for the child at the center of the public dispute.
“I feel bad for the kid,” he said during the stream. “I hope everything goes good with him.”
At the same time, Akademiks criticized Blueface for raising doubts about paternity after previously being involved in the child’s life.
“Bro, we not believing this,” he said. “That’s your kid. Stop it.”
Akademiks also argued that the ongoing drama between Blueface and Chrisean Rock has played out too publicly. According to him, the situation should be handled privately rather than made into online content. Ak also slammed Blueface for allegedly drinking and smoking with Rock during her pregnancy and says she is not the only one to blame for Jr.’s reported developmental delays and that now, he’s being used for clicks.
“Y’all treating the kid like it’s content,” he said. “That’s lame.”
The streamer added that the controversy has sparked broader conversations about responsibility and parenting.
“Be a man,” Akademiks said. “Your kid is going to see this later.”
