DJ Akademiks hopped online to respond to allegations made from an ex, accusing him of r-pe.
The woman claimed two of Akademiks’ friends sexually assaulted her and that she woke up to see Ak on top of her too.
Ak says the assault, which happened last year, was thoroughly investigated by the police, and all involved were cleared. He says the incident, which was captured on camera, shows the woman participating willingly with his two friends while he was sleeping.
“This situation went to the cops over a year and a half ago. Me and my lawyer were openly cooperative because…serious allegations, I don’t care who’s involved, I don’t want weird sh-t happening around me. We helped the police. ‘Whatever you need! You want a phone? You want passcodes? Let’s decrypt our DVR.’ There is nothing they did not see,” he says.
He added: “You know what the result of that investigation was? It was officially ruled by the D.A. and the police that there was nothing there. There ain’t no charges, there won’t be no charges and there’s documentation to say, ‘We looked at everything..everybody’s clear.’ Not only for me; for everybody involved.”
