The federal case against hip hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs just took another turn after it was announced that his case has now been assigned to Judge Arun Subramanian who was nominated by President Joe Biden in 2022.
Subramanian is a former civil litigator and even worked for the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Some people are concerned as no reason was given for the switch-up.
The previous Judge, Andrew Carter, Diddy’s bond request twice, and the disgraced mogul is awaiting the decision of a recent appeal filed by his attorney to allow him to leave jail and sit on home arrest.
Carter shot down Combs’ $50 million bail package, alleging the rapper is a flight risk and that he could also use him immense wealth and influence to intimidate witnesses.
Since Diddy has been jailed, more people have felt safe enough to speak openly about his alleged crimes…but what will happen if Diddy is allowed back on the streets?
