A former bodyguard of Sean “Diddy” Combs ” has filed a lawsuit against a woman who accused him of “viciously” r*ping her with the jailed mogul in a lawsuit filed back in September.
Thalia Graves claimed Joseph Sherman and Diddy assaulted her in 2001 at the “Daddy’s House” studio and that the attack was recorded.
“The internal pain after being s*xually assaulted has been incredibly deep and hard to put into words,” Graves said while crying in front of reporters at a recent press conference. “It goes beyond just physical harm caused by and during the assault.”
Sherman’s attorneys say Graves and her legal team are trying to “blackmail him.
They called her allegations “outrageous, disgusting, and life-altering” and said she made the statements “without any regard for the truth.”
Sherman maintains he has never met Graves and that her false statements have ruined his reputation. He is seeking $100 million in damages from Graves.
