Marc Agnifilo, the attorney for Sean “Diddy” Combs says the rapper will be taking his case to trial and that it is very unlikely that he will accept a plea deal.
Earlier this month, Diddy was and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transporting for prostitution and in court, pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.
“Well, it’s not up to me. It’s up to Mr. Combs. I don’t see it happening… because he believes he’s innocent,” he is heard saying in Tubi’s brand new documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment.

Agnifilo continued, “He believes he’s innocent and what’s more, he believes that he needs to stand up not just for himself, for his family and for everybody who has been targeted by the federal government.”
Diddy’s attorney also added that he spends several hours a day speaking to the jailed rapper and that he is focusing on his defense.
