Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team filed a lawsuit to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, which accused him of sexually harassing, drugging, and threatening him from September 2022 to November 2023.

Lil Rod accused Diddy of sexual harassment and of having sex with several male high profile artists.

He also alleged Diddy told his eldest son Justin Combs and Stevie Jand that Justin Combs was allegedly in charge of recruiting underage girls. He also made some shocking allegations about Cuba Gooding Jr., saying the actor kept “touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’s legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders” after meeting him on a yacht.

He is suing Diddy for $30 million.

Diddy’s motion alleges that Jones’ suit is an attempt to “dress up a run-of-the-mill commercial disagreement as a salacious RICO conspiracy,” adding that “Running to nearly 100 pages, it includes countless tall tales, shameless celebrity namedrops, and irrelevant images.”

Speaking to NBC News, Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, who is also representing three other clients against Diddy, said “If you don’t do salacious sh-t, I won’t have salacious things to file.”

A judge is yet to rule.
