Brendan Pal, Diddy’s alleged drug mule has avoided jail time after accepting a plea deal.
Paul was arrested back in March for cocaine and marijuana possession after the feds raided Diddy’s homes as part of an ongoing federal sex trafficking investigation.
“Brendan accepted the prosecutor’s offer to permit his entry into the diversion program which, after completion, the case against him will be dismissed in its entirety,” Brian Bieber, Paul’s attorney, said in a statement.

In his lawsuit against Diddy, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones alleged Paul was Combs’ “mule” who “acquires” and “distributes” his “drugs and guns.”
Last month, Paul was hit with an additional charge of felony drug possession after the feds also found marijuana laced candy in his possession. This charge was dropped as part of his plea deal.
Paul was the only arrest made during and after the raids on the Bad Boy mogul’s homes. The feds have been keeping things close to their chest.
