Sean “Diddy” Combs has returned New York’s Key to the City after Mayor Eric Adams demanded her give it back after the video of him savagely kicking and dragging his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Venture, was leaked online.
“The committee and the team has never rescinded a key before, but we are now sitting down to see what the next steps forward are going to be,” said Adams at the time. “We are taking everything under analysis and the team will come back to me with a final determination.”
Lock Diddy up. Forgiveness is not substitute for Accountability. Any apology should be to Cassie & every woman Sean Combs violently abused & assaulted. Remember he first denied Cassie's abuse charges against him before settling within 24hrs. Does that sound like someone who… pic.twitter.com/U2RmXwHlUl

Diddy first denied Cassie’s allegations but after the video was uploaded to CNN, he claimed he was “disgusted” with himself and apologized.
“It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life. Sometimes you got to do that. I was f-cked up. I mean I hit rock bottom. But I make no excuses. My behavior on that video is inexcusable,” he said in a video posted to Instagram.
Diddy has since cleared his Instagram of all posts.
