Diddy Expected To Settle Gang R*pe Lawsuit … Asks For ‘MORE TIME’ To Respond!!

Tiffany Brockworth |

Diddy needs more time to file a legal response to a Jane Doe who accuses the rapper and his colleagues of r*ping her when she was 17 years old. And that more time, legal experts tell Media Take Out, is likely to settle this case once and for all.

Diddy for Vanity Fair

“Due to circumstances beyond the control of the Combs Defendants, which circumstances are of a confidential nature, we respectfully request that the Court modify the Motion Schedule to extend Defendants’ time to file their opposition to the Motion from December 27, 2023 to January 17, 2024, and extend Plaintiff’s time to file a reply, if any, from January 8, 2024 to January 31, 2024,” Diddy’s lawyer, Jonathan Davis wrote.

Confidential in nature …. hmmmm??? Media Take Out reached out to a few lawyers, who explained to us that Diddy’s lawyer’s request are almost certainly tied to ongoing settlement negotiations.

One lawyer explained, “It looks like they need a few more days to settle the lawsuit.”

Diddy was sued by a fourth accuser, who claims that the rap mogul, ex-Bad Boy president Harve Pierre, and an unidentified man took turns r*ping her in 2003 when she was in 11th grade after she was trafficked across state lines.

Diddy denied the allegations on social media.

“For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy,” Combs said in a statement Wednesday. “Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
