Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly been involved in three prison fights and two phone violations, losing hundreds of days of privileges.

TMZ reported that Jose Roja, a union secretary representing Bureau of Prisons employees, obtained the 56-year-old rapper’s alleged disciplinary record.

Diddy was reportedly involved in fights on July 31, Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, along with two minor telephone violations recorded on July 7 and Sept. 19, 2025. The alleged infractions have reportedly cost him 41 days of good-time credit and 400 days of commissary privileges.

According to the breaking news outlet, Diddy risks being classified as a “disruptive” inmate, which could lead to a transfer from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. Roja said no such move has occurred. His projected release date has reportedly been pushed back to March 8, 2028.

The latest revelations follow allegations that Diddy has enjoyed special privileges in prison, including access to a contraband cellphone.

His spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, previously dismissed the intense scrutiny surrounding his incarceration.

“The only real news is that Sean continues to serve his sentence within the rules and he patiently awaits the court’s decision on his appeal,” Engelmayer told Oxygen.

Diddy is serving a 50-month sentence following his conviction on two prostitution-related transportation charges. He was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
