Diddy has reportedly not settled a lawsuit with producer Lil Rod despite reports that the pair had come to an agreement.
TMZ obtained court dockets suggesting they had reached an agreement via a video conference and planned to issue a first draft of the details imminently, but the court made a mistake. The wrong judge was also named on the docket, which was eventually pulled.
Lil Rod accused Diddy of sexual harassment and of having sex with several male high profile artists.
He also alleged Diddy told his eldest son Justin Combs and Stevie Jand that Justin Combs was allegedly in charge of recruiting underage girls.
He also made some shocking allegations about Cuba Gooding Jr., saying the actor kept “touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’s legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders” after meeting him on a yacht.
