Diddy Gets 15 Days Shaved Off Latest Prison Release Date!

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ prison release date has been moved up again, with the disgraced music mogul now scheduled to leave federal custody on February 5, 2028.

Diddy had most recently been set for release on February 20, meaning the latest change cuts another 15 days from his time at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, according to the Bureau of Prisons.

His release date has shifted several times since he began serving his sentence. At one point, Diddy was expected to remain behind bars until June 2028.

The Bad Boy Records founder was sentenced to four years and two months in October 2025 after a jury convicted him on two counts of transporting people across state lines for prostitution. Prosecutors accused Diddy of arranging sexual encounters they called “freak offs,” which they said often involved his girlfriends and male escorts.

Jurors acquitted him of the more serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges.

Diddy’s time at Fort Dix has also brought trouble. Diddy made headlines previously reported that he got into a fight with another inmate and was briefly placed in solitary confinement.

That incident came around another change to his release timeline, which moved from January 2028 to February 20.

For now, Diddy’s latest date with freedom is February 5, 2028.
