Sean “Diddy” Combs has faced six new lawsuits… and in this round of lawsuits, he is accused of the r-pe of a 13-year-old child.
The alleged attack took place at one of the mogul’s parties. At the MTV VMAs party on September 7, 2000, the she was “Looking for a place to rest, Plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment,” because she was feeling “woozy and lightheaded” after ingesting a beverage from the party.
She claims Diddy entered the room with a “male and female celebrity” and that he had a “crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, ‘You are ready to party!’”
Doe says she was thrown toward another male celebrity who began to remove her clothes.
“Plaintiff was held down by Celebrity A who vaginally r-ped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched. After the male celebrity finished, Combs then vaginally r-ped Plaintiff while the Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched. Combs attempted to force Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped,” the lawsuit reads.
She was able to escape the room and call her father who came to collect her.
The lawsuit was filed by Tony Buzzbee, who recently announced that she is representing 120 alleged Diddy’s victims.
