Sean “Diddy” Combs sued the Sean John brand he founded for $60 million in 2021 for continuing to use his name.
The disgraced mogul has reportedly dropped the lawsuit.
Diddy sold 90 percent of his stake in Sean John to Global Brands in 2016 and he sued them that same year for continuing to use his “Vote or Die” slogan. Diddy accused the company of intentionally making it appear that he still owned the company and that they used his likeness without his consent.
The new owner quickly went bankrupt and he was able to buy back the company but now AllHipHop reports that Diddy voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit after coming to an agreement with GBG Sean John LLC and GBG USA Inc. The outlet reports that as of June 21, all claims and counterclaims have been dropped in New York City.
Diddy has been lying low after he was sued by multiple people, including his ex-girlfriend, Cassie.
