The legal team for Sean “Diddy” Combs has responded to six new lawsuits yesterday accusing the disgraced mogul of r-pe.
“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman,” the statement to TMZ reads.
Two Jane Does and four John Does filed lawsuits alleging rape, sexual abuse, and sexual assault.
In one of the lawsuits, John Doe accuses Diddy of sexually assaulting him in a Macy’s department store back in 2008. A second John Doe says he was just 16 when Diddy allegedly assaulted him at one of his Hamptons parties in 1998. He took a photograph with Diddy and during a conversation, he vowed to make the teen a star.
Doe alleged his “pleasant conversation” with Diddy took an “unexpected turn for the worst.” Diddy allegedly told the boy that he “needed to drop his pants.” Diddy then allegedly cupped his private area for an “extended period of time” and told him that the action was necessary to become a star.
Diddy then allegedly told him that his team would be in touch.
