Diddy Assistant Says Male Accuser’s Lawsuit Is Built on “No Proof”

Kristina Khorram, the longtime assistant to Sean “Diddy” Combs, has responded to a lawsuit filed by former employee Phillip Pines, arguing that his case does not provide evidence linking her to the most serious allegations.

Pines sued Combs and Khorram over alleged sexual battery, sexual harassment, and sex trafficking, but in her latest filing, Khorram says Pines has not shown that she knowingly participated in or benefited from any alleged sex trafficking venture. She also disputes Pines’ allegation that she and the disgraced music mogul forced him to have sex with a female guest. Khorram, there is no evidence to support the claims, and the case should be dismissed.

According to Khorram, Pines’ lawsuit only directly alleges that she told him not to speak about an incident in which he claimed Combs kicked someone, but that she was not involved.

Pines has claimed he worked for Combs from 2019 to 2021 and was tasked with preparing hotel rooms for what he called “freakoffs.” He claimed that he set up red lights and stocked rooms with baby oil, towels, and sex devices, cleaning the rooms after the freak-offs ended.

Pines went on to allege that Combs and Khorram once forced him to have sex with women while Combs watched.

Combs’ team previously denied the allegations in a statement, saying, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
