Diddy has finally announced the date and venue for his hotly anticipated Verzuz with Jermaine Dupri.
“September 8 at The Garden, n-gga. Me and Jermaine,” Diddy says in the clip. “They gon’ have me in the rafters, flying out the sky.”
Fans have been waiting for some time for this Verzuz.
Last year, after it was revealed Triller still owed Timbaland and Swizz Beatz money, Diddy and Jermaine agreed to a matchup separate from the platform.
“Since we ain’t f-cking with Verzuz no more since they’re f-cking around with our boys, we don’t need to be going against each other,” Diddy said at the time. “Let’s come together and do that Bad Boy, So So Def in Atlanta. It ain’t no Verzuz, it’s just hit for hit.”
He added, “Earlier today when we were having a conversation…when me and JD were talking about Verzuz, I mistakenly said Verzuz instead of Triller. We’re not f-cking with Triller until they take care of Timb and Swizz for Verzuz.”
