In two new lawsuits filed on Monday, Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of drugging and s*xually assaulting a 10-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy.
The 10-year-old boy claims he was an aspiring actor and rapper who traveled to meet the Bad Boy boss from California. His parents reportedly traveled with him.
He says that during the audition, he was given a soda, which was laced with drugs before Diddy allegedly s*xually assaulted him in a New York City hotel room in 2005. The alleged victim says he lost consciousness, but when he finally woke, the young boy allegedly suffered pain in his an*s and b*ttocks. Diddy threatened the boy’s parents with violence if he told his family what happened.
The second lawsuit alleges the mogul assaulted a 17-year-old who was auditioning to participate in Diddy’s reality television series Making the Band in 2008. The audition reportedly lasted for three days.
The teen was told to embody a ‘sex idol’ persona.” “This encounter eventually escalated into Combs forcing the Plaintiff to perform oral s*x on him, and Combs s*domizing the Plaintiff,” the lawsuit reads. He did not make it to the show.
Diddy denies the allegations.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” Diddy’s attorney said in a statement. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor.”
