Sean “Diddy” Combs is coming under fire again. This time, a woman who was 17 in 2003 has filed a lawsuit against the former billionaire – claiming he and a group of men attacked her inside of a recording studio, Media Take Out has learned.
Diddy was sued by a fourth accuser, who claims that the rap mogul, ex-Bad Boy president Harve Pierre, and an unidentified man took turns r**ing her in 2003 when she was in 11th grade after she was trafficked across state lines.
In the explosive lawsuit filed on Wednesday and first published by RadarOnline.com, Jane Doe claimed that she met Harvey and the “third assailant” at a lounge in Detriot. The woman claimed that Harve name dropped Diddy, claiming they were “best friends.”
Diddy and Harvey reportedly them met up with the girl, and Diddy allegedly convinced her to hop on a private jet and fly from Detroit to his studio in New York City. The then-teenager alleged she was s***ally assaulted before the plane took off – and that she was around the men allegedly smoking crack.
“Before they left for the private jet, Mr. Pierre smoked crack cocaine in a bathroom at the lounge, in which he also s**ually assaulted Ms. Doe by forcing her to give him oral s**.”
The woman continued: “Mr. Pierre, Third Assailant and another gentleman then escorted the highschooler to a private jet, which flew them to Teterboro, New Jersey. There were SUVs awaiting the group at Teterboro, and the four of them were driven to Daddy’s House Recording Studio, a studio famously owned and operated by Mr. Combs and Bad Boy.”
She added, “As the night wore on, the 17-year-old Ms. Doe became more and more inebriated, eventually to the point that she could not possibly have consented to having s** with anyone, much less someone twice her age.”
The woman didn’t specify what type of dr**s they were doing.
“While at the studio, Ms. Doe was gang r***d by Mr. Combs, the Third Assailant and Mr. Pierre, in that order.”
And then she gave graphic details about Diddy’s alleged FREAK ways.
The then-high schooler “did not consent to having s** with Mr. Combs, but he continued thrusting.” Adding, “he told her that he could not orga** and asked her to squeeze his nipples as hard as she could to help him ‘get off.’”
Well Diddy responded to this latest claim. He wrote on social media that they are “lies” and that he will fight them until he gets the truth. Look:
