Denise Richards has been ordered to make monthly payments to estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, as their divorce moves forward.
According to court documents, a judge ruled that Richards will pay Phypers $5,000 per month in temporary spousal support beginning March 5. The payments are due on the fifth of each month and will continue until further notice from the court.
The ruling also requires Richards to cover $25,000 in Phypers’ attorney fees, along with an additional $5,000 that may be used to hire a forensic accountant. The $30,000 total is set to be paid in three $10,000 installments over the next several months.
Phypers initially requested spousal support in October 2025. Both he and Richards testified before the judge issued the decision.
The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and Phypers have been locked in a contentious split, with disagreements over finances and business matters surfacing in filings. Legal costs have become a key point of tension between the two.
