Aaron Phypers’ split from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Denise Richards has taken another painful turn as new court filings reveal just how desperate his financial situation has become.
The actor claims he’s nearly penniless, facing eviction, and begging the court for access to money from the couple’s joint accounts to keep himself afloat.
In documents obtained by RadarOnline, Phypers said he is broke and struggling to survive.
“I am out of money and financially desperate,” he said. “I am about to be evicted from the residence in which I am living. My utilities (water, power, gas) have all been turned off already.”
He’s asking for $150,000 a month from their joint bank account, along with $10,000 to pay his divorce attorney. Phypers said that if he doesn’t get the funds, “there is a real danger of irreparable harm” to him and his family.
Phypers also claimed he owes $120,000 in back rent on the home he once shared with Richards, arguing that her name remains on the lease and that she left behind 15 rescue dogs and personal belongings. Richards says she hasn’t lived there for quite some time and has blamed his relatives for damaging the property, only returning with court approval to collect her remaining possessions.
Phypers is also claiming that he is entitled to a portion of her OnlyFans earnings because he helped her create content for the platform. He claims he simply wants enough money “to live safely like a normal person.”
