DDG applied to Soulja Boy’s Rapper University after Kai Cenat denied him entry into the 2026 roster for Streamer University.
DDG was a member during the first Streamer University last year, but his name was missing when Cenat announced more than 100 accepted streamers, creators, and artists on Monday.
DDG later appeared to address the disappointment on X, writing, “Stream tmmw, im finna drink my pain away.”

His application comes only weeks after he mocked Soulja Boy for launching Rapper University following his failure to get into Streamer University.
“I guarantee you, nobody coming to this s–t, boy,” DDG said during a livestream last month. He also told Soulja, “You ain’t had a hit since I was 10,” before asking what anyone would want to learn from him.
Now DDG is trying to get through the door.

Soulja Boy announced on Wednesday, July 8, that Rapper University had been postponed until further notice due to the high volume of applications.
