Daphne Joy, the mother of 50 Cent’s 12-year-old son Sire Jackson, has removed her claims of r-pe and abuse from her lawsuit against the rapper.
After Daphne Joy was mentioned in a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging she was a paid sex worker, 50 Cent trolled her relentlessly online, calling her a “little sex worker.”
She hopped on Instagram to accuse him of heinous crimes.
“I am tired of upholding and protecting an image to our son that you have never even earned,” she wrote in the post. “Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of r-ping me and physically abusing me.”
“You have permanently damaged the last hope I had for you as a father to preserve our family with these last and final false claims made against me,” she continued. “You have broken our hearts for the last and final time.”
50 Cent responded by suing her for defamation. Daphne Joy hired an attorney to fight 50 Cent in court and accused him of defaming her character.
She has removed her r-pe claims from her social media.
