Brandon Bills, the brother of singer DaniLeigh, is asking to be awarded $4 million from the father of her child, DaBaby, over an alleged assault at a bowling alley back in 2022.
Bills says he was at a bowling alley in Southern California when DaBaby and his crew walked in and began attacking him for no reason. Bills says his injuries were severe and he has expensive medical bills that he had to pay and that he also suffered psychological damage.
At the time, he refused to press charges against the rapper so DaBaby did not face any legal repercussions at the time, and he even claimed self defense.
Last month, the rapper pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery stemming from his 2020 assault case where he reportedly punched a man’s tooth out. In return, the rapper was sentenced to one day in a Los Angeles County jail (which he has served), given a year of probation and ordered to pay $10,000 in restitution to the victim.
