Dame Dash is trying to convince a judge that he made just over $5,000 in 2022 as his ex-wife Rachel Roy is currently receiving $3,000 in child support for their daughter.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Dame wants a judge to reduce his payments to $428 a month because of his “struggling business ventures.”

Dame is claiming he made $5,140 for all of 2022 but his ex says he is lying and wants the agreed amount.

Dame’s initial child support amount was based on his stake in Rachel’s clothing line.

“I’ve had to start [a] new company from scratch, without any money to start it with,” he said on The CEO Show last year. “I had to do it [by] rubbing two sticks together. So I can’t pay out three or four hundred thousand a year in child support, ‘cause I ain’t making that. But I’m not ashamed of that because I have things to show for it, but it hasn’t profited yet. I’m like a proud broke, but it ain’t broke, because I have things to show for it.”
