DaBaby’s bowling alley brawl case has finally come to an end.
The rapper has settled the lawsuit stemming from his 2022 altercation with Brandon Curiel, the brother of his ex, DaniLeigh, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
A notice of settlement was filed on Thursday, bringing the case closer to dismissal after years of legal back-and-forth. The filing states the lawsuit will be dismissed within 45 days.
DaBaby and Brandon, who goes by Brandon Bill$, crossed paths at Corbin Bowl in Los Angeles, and after getting into a physical altercation, Brandon sued DaBaby and the bowling alley over injuries he claimed he suffered during the melee.
Brandon and DaBaby had already been beefing because of DaBaby’s messy relationship with DaniLeigh and Brandon. According to TMZ, Brandon claimed DaBaby came up to him and said, “I just want to slap you up a bit. I just want to slap you around a little bit.”
Brandon alleged DaBaby threw the first punch, but DaBaby’s team denied that version of events and argued that Brandon was the aggressor, with the rapper even claiming self-defense.
