Last week, it was revealed that Brandon Bills, the brother of singer DaniLeigh, is suing DaBaby, the father of her child, for $4 million.
The lawsuit stemmed for an alleged assault at a bowling alley back in 2022.
Bills alleged he was at a bowling alley in Southern California when DaBaby and his crew walked in and began attacking him for no reason. Bills says his injuries were severe and he has expensive medical bills that he had to pay and that he also suffered psychological damage.
At the time, DaBaby claimed he acted in self-defense, but last week, he dropped a diss track aimed at his daughter’s uncle.
“He was gangsta before, now you suin’ me, huh?/ That tough sh-t, he don’t wanna do it no more/ Out the spot, ain’t want nothing to do with the whore/ Before I walk out the house, tuck my toolie before,” he raps on “Lawsuit on a Wednesday.”
