DaBaby has defended his “Boogeyman” track which exposed his alleged sexual encounters with Megan Thee Stallion.

“The song been done, for real, for real, damn near going on a year. And when I say something, it’s gonna go out. It is what it is. Like I say a long time ago, keep me out the business. It’s a song that’s out right now – n-ggas can take it how they wanna take it. I ain’t tripping, it’s a song that’s out. You wish I’d have left it off? Ain’t nothing to feel weird about. It ain’t happen to you,” DaBaby told Hot 97.

The rapper was also asked about his friendship with Tory Lanez.

“That ain’t my case, though. You see, with me, it’s actually the opposite. And I don’t even wanna stir all this sh-t up, but I’m gonna respond to what she said. Anybody that can read between the lines, the sh-t was really already said. It becomes weird with me when a muthaf-cka got a problem with me putting out a song – well, not even putting out, a n-gga putting out a song that got a verse of mine on it,” he explained.

He added: “What you want me to do? Based on what you got going on allegedly, that’s none of my business. Muthaf-cka put me in they business. I didn’t involve myself, to where now it looked like, okay boom, there’s something going on.”

Is he right?
