North Carolina rapper DaBaby has been charged with felony battery by the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office.

In a December 2020 incident, a man named Gary Pagar, a 65-year-old rental property owner in Los Angeles alleged that DaBaby struck him and knocked out his tooth.

DaBaby and his crew rented a home Pagar manages in L.A. and there was a guest limit of 12. But Pagar learned that DaBaby had more than 12 guests and turned up, and saw DaBaby shooting a music video on the property.

“That’s when he claims he was attacked by someone in D.B.’s crew, part of which was caught on video. He says D.B. ordered the guy off of Pagar, but then allegedly sucker-punched him in the face, knocking out his tooth … this, per the lawsuit,” TMZ reports.

Pagar said DaBaby and his associates “vandalized his house and left, after stealing various valuable items.”

People are saying DaBaby just can’t seem to stay out of trouble.
