Singer D4vd has canceled his second show in Seattle after authorities publicly identified the body of a young teen found decomposing in the trunk of his abandoned car.
The victim was identified as 15-year-old Celeste Rivas, who had been missing for over a year.
The singer’s vehicle was reported as being impounded and then picked up and taken to a Hollywood impound lot, where workers reported the foul smell to the authorities, as the body had been sitting in the vehicle for several days, wrapped in plastic. Police waited until the victim’s loved ones were notified before releasing her identity to the public.

“At this time, the LAPD does not have a crime classification from the coroner as to the mode or manner of death,” the department said in a statement. “Thus, we do not have any suspect information at this time.”
D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke, is currently on his Withered World Tour. A rep for the rising star told NBC News that while he’s still performing on tour, D4vd is “fully cooperating with authorities” after being made aware of the situation.
