Crystal Kung-Minkoff sparked fresh gossip in the Bravo universe after hinting that the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Orange County may have faced a behind-the-scenes shakeup.
During the latest episode of her podcast with Cynthia Bailey, Humble Brag with Crystal and Cynthia, she suggested that Vicki Gunvalson’s full-time return came at someone else’s expense.
As the episode wrapped, Vicki, 63, shared an update on her path back to the series. Crystal then claimed she had “tea,” saying she believed Vicki “took someone else’s orange.”
The moment, captured in a clip reposted by fan account Mr Housewives, offered no additional details, and Crystal declined to reveal who might have been displaced.
Crystal did not name her source.
Vicki addressed her comeback in a separate episode of her podcast, My Friend, My Soulmate, My Podcast. She recalled Andy Cohen telling her at BravoCon that producers were willing to take another chance on her because of her long history with the network and her enthusiasm for returning.
Despite the announcement, Vicki said her contract is not finalized. Her attorney has yet to receive the paperwork, telling her the deal is still being ironed out.
