Craig Conover and Shep Rose reveal they almost walked away from Southern Charm.
In a recent interview with The List, Shep said there were “about 20 times during this season, being like, ‘I can’t do this again. I cannot do this again.’”
Craig said he felt the same.
“Everyone wants to peel back the onions and see what’s underneath,” said Shep. “Turns out that when you do that, it makes you cry because onions make you cry.”
Craig weighed in “Happiness, sometimes, isn’t good for business.”
Craig addressed his relationship with Bravolebrity Paige DeSorbo: “You’re in the cross hairs. As fun as it is to share, it’s still a vulnerable feeling to be in a relationship during ‘Southern Charm.’”
Craig says the friendships keep him on the show. Shep is in it for the perks.
“There’s a black SUV outside going to take me to the airport in a little while. I’m way too cheap in real life to be able to do that. It’s amazing.”
