Christian Toby Obumseli was stabbed to death, according to police, and his family attorney claims that he was allegedly stabbed his girlfriend Courtney Tailor, who boasts an OnlyFans and 2 million instagram followers.
Police are calling the incident a domestic dispute and Tailor is being held for mental evaluation.
But just a few hours after police took Courtney into the police station for questioning, she was released and back allegedly thirst trap pics appeared of Courtney online.
According to CBS Miami, the Miami Police Department claims that Christian Toby Obumseli, who is Black, is believed too have been stabbed during an incident with girlfriend – who is reportedly a white OnlyFans model.
Christian was transported by Miami Fire Rescue to JMH’s Ryder Trauma Center where he died.
Friends say, According to CBS Miami, that Christian recently moved to Miami and was living with his girlfriend at the building where he was stabbed.
“He was just really high-energy, bright, intelligent, would bring a smile to anyone,” friend Josh Ramsey said, according to the news station, and added that the couple’s friends are in shock over his killing.
Obumseli’s girlfriend’s name hasn’t been revealed publicly due to the Baker Act, which “enables families and loved ones to provide emergency mental health services and temporary detention for people who are impaired because of their mental illness,” according to University of Florida Health.
NBC Miami reports that a woman was detained at the scene and later taken for a mental health evaluation.
But Civil Rights Attorney Lee Merritt is speaking out about Christian’s death and has taken on the case. According to the attorney, “[Christian’s] alleged assailant Courtney Taylor Clenney [pictured here], was not initially arrested or charged by Miami policing authorities.
Shortly after she was released from jail, fans went directly onto her Onlyfans page, and saw what appeared to be new thirst trap pics:
