Katie Ginella’s future on Real Housewives of Orange County is uncertain after she walked away following the lie detector test debacle, but according to insiders, the producer could be bringing back one of the show’s OGs.
“They could bring Vicki Gunvalson back, who Katie gets along with, and Tamra [Judge] has said deserves a spot on the show. And then they could possibly add one more of Katie’s friends to the mix,’ an insider told OK!
The source also spilled that producers might not renew Katie’s contract “due to her issues with the cast.”
Katie is a fan favorite and viewers are already upset about her possibly being booted from the show.
“The problem is … they’d then have to start turning on each other again … and, as it stands, they made a storyline out of turning on Katie, so that wouldn’t really make much sense that they suddenly turned on each other.”
The source says that everything now relies on the reunion.
