CONDOLENCES: TV Judge Lynn Toler’s Husband PASSES AWAY . . . After Long Battle w/ Illness!!

Media Take Out confirmed that Eric Mumford, husband of Judge Lynn Toler best known as the host of the popular television show Divorce Court, has passed away.

The cause of Mr. Mumford’s death has not yet been released, but Media Take Out confirmed that Eric had been battling a serious illness for many months.

Judge Toler took to Instagram on January 4th to share the sad news of her husband’s death:

Eric “Big E” Mumford was Toler’s life partner and spouse for over 33 years. Eric was born on January 1, 1951, in Ohio. He met his wife-to-be in 1986 and already had four children from his first marriage, according to details Toler shared in an Op-Ed for Huffington Post regarding their relationship.

Judge Toler and Big E were devoted to each other for more Ethan three decades. The television judge also shared that their love and commitment to one another allowed them to enjoy a happy, fulfilling marriage.

Judge Toler, 63, is an American lawyer, judge, television arbitrator (judge), and television presenter.

Toler is best known for her role as former arbitrator over longest-running courtroom television series, Divorce Court. From her 14 seasons with Divorce Court from 2006 to 2020, she is the longest reigning arbitrator over the series.

Toler is also known for her current co-hosting role together with Dr. Ish Major as marriage mentors over the series Marriage Boot Camp, specifically Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars – Hip Hop Edition. To date, Toler has presented Marriage Boot Camp for 3 seasons since the show’s 16th season, which began on February 6, 2020. Season 18 of Marriage Boot Camp premiered on October 17, 2021, and Toler is contracted to host the show for an additional 19th season as well.
