Braden Peters, better known online as Clavicular, has pleaded not guilty to charges that he raped a 17-year-old girl who appeared in his viral beauty-focused videos.
The 20-year-old livestreamer appeared in court on Thursday in Orleans, Massachusetts, where he faced allegations stemming from an encounter in May 2025 at his family’s Cape Cod home.
Clavicular made an unusual arrival, walking into the courthouse in a dark suit with a barking dog. He declined to answer reporters’ questions and remained expressionless throughout the brief hearing.
According to investigators, the teen alleged that Clavicular, who paid her to participate in his “looksmaxxing” content, supplied her with two or three shots of vodka. She claimed he then livestreamed himself kissing her while she was intoxicated. The alleged victim told police she woke up the next morning to Clavicular sexually assaulting her.

His attorneys have disputed the allegations, insisting the encounter was consensual.
Clavicular agreed to $10,000 bail and surrendered his passport. He is also prohibited from contacting or posting about his accuser.
In a separate civil lawsuit filed in April, the woman accused him of injecting her with a fat-dissolving substance against her wishes during a livestream.
His legal team called the lawsuit a “publicity grab.”
The influencer, who has roughly 1 million Instagram followers, previously faced a Florida misdemeanor battery charge that was dropped. He also received probation in a separate case involving firing a gun in public.
