Boxing superstar Claressa Shields isn’t just scrolling past her trolls anymore. She’s inviting them into a televised beatdown for cold hard cash and daring them to survive long enough to collect it.
The three-time Olympic gold medalist shocked fans when she rolled out a reality TV concept that sounds like equal parts combat sport and internet karma.
“Zeus is the perfect home to have this show, to let these girls come and audition,” Shields said on a livestream before firing off a warning. “I’ll put my money where my mouth is. They come and try to get this $100K and get their ass whooped cause I’m telling you. These girls ain’t gonna make it past one minute. Not one minute.”
Contestants would live together, brawl for survival, and inch toward a payday while Shields watches from the throne. And when the dust settles, the final woman standing gets one last decision.
Take the check or gamble it all by stepping into the ring with the champ for the full $100,000.
“If you beat all the other girls who are in the house… you a check. And then at the end, you get to decide [if] you want to give up that check and fight against me for the full $100K,” Shields said.
She continued, “Maybe you can become something because, guess what? An ass whooping builds character. Some of y’all so mouthy on the internet because you ain’t never got your a– whipped,” she explained. She even went on Instagram to invite the entire planet, posting, “LIKE I SAID I GOT $100K FOR ANY GIRL FROM ANY HOOD, ANY COUNTRY!”
