Chrisean Rock has active warrants and is required to hand herself in to the police but she says she will not because she does not want to leave her son.
Rock says the warrants are being “worked on.”
“Oh, my warrants?. My warrants are getting cleaned up. I’ve been paying off fees, and getting rid of sh-t, talking to certain people to help my situation out,” she said on Instagram Live after a viewer asked her about them.

She continued: “Because, you know, I have my son. So, the old me would have turned myself in, and thought…whatever. But right now I gotta play it cautious because I don’t plan on being in jail while my son is growing. I just don’t plan on that at all. So, I’m doing every way possible to get that figured out without even trying to serve time. And it’s working out for me. So, I’ma work on my little situations and stuff.”
Last month, a bench warrant was issued for Rock for violating her four-year probation sentence following the alleged assaults of singer James Wright and social media star Woah Vicky.
