Chrisean Rock No-Shows Court as Accuser Seeks $250K!

Chrisean Rock is facing a $250,000 default judgment request from a woman who says a 2023 premiere event ended in violence.

Lashala Irby took the stand Friday in Burbank Superior Court, telling Judge Frank M. Tavelman why she believes she is entitled to damages. The judge took the request under submission.

Rock, 26, did not appear, and no one appeared on her behalf, and she has not participated in the proceedings.

Irby says the alleged assault happened Jan. 22, 2023, during an event on Laurel Canyon Boulevard in North Hollywood. In a sworn declaration, she said the alleged attack was captured on video and continues to circulate, making it difficult for her to move forward privately.

“I was violently assaulted by a well-known celebrity and that assault was captured on video that continues to circulate across the internet to this day,” Irby said. “Knowing that strangers can watch one of the most terrifying and humiliating moments of my life at any time has been emotionally shattering.” She added that the exposure has “magnified my suffering in a way that words can hardly capture.”

Irby said the meeting with Rock began cordially before Rock allegedly struck her as she walked away.

The plaintiff said the $250,000 request reflects her injuries, pain and suffering, and what she described as the “malicious and unprovoked nature” of the alleged attack.

Rock made the blogs last week after footage of her and Blueface, the alleged father of her son, Chrisean Jr., hit the internet. Some fans believed the clip might be old, but others think their former couple may be getting back together, even though he is allegedly expecting three children.
