Chrisean Rock is facing eight years in prison on drug-related charges after being extradited from Los Angeles in June.
The 24-year-old new mom has been charged with failure to have a tax stamp affixed on controlled dangerous substances (CDS) and possession of CDS with intent to distribute. Under Oklahoma law, possession of marijuana or CDS with intent to distribute is classified as a felony. The minimum sentence is two years in prison and a possible $20,000 fine.
Each charge carries up to four years in prison.
Christian was sentenced to jail after she turned up at the courthouse for her boyfriend Blueface’s hearing, even though she had an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
Chrisean was sentenced to 30 days behind bars on June 14. The jail time stems from an alleged assault that took place behind the scenes at a Tamar Braxton show.
Her child’s father, Blueface, is also currently behind bars and is scheduled to be back before a judge today.
