Cher, 76, is dumping all her money … and her career into her boyfriend Alexander “A.E.” Edwards, Media Take Out has learned.
According to a new report, Cher has been shelling out big bucks supporting her romance and his lavish lifestyle. And one of Cher’s friends is concerned she’s throwing her money away.
Radar Online reports that Cher was always careful with her $360 million bank account, but recently she has thrown caution to the wind since she started dating the 37-year-old music exec last fall.
“Cher’s letting her boyfriend pull all the strings,” said a source. “it’s all about what A.E. and what he wants. She’s been sucked into his lifestyle of parties, late nights, and drinking, and she’s neglecting her friends — mainly because they’re horrified over her behavior.”
And there’s more. This week, the Hollywood icon told E! News that she’s hard at work on new music and is collaborating with her young music producer boyfriend on the project.
“I’m going to England to make two albums.” Cher has reportedly chartered a private jet to take her new man across the pond, The two will be staying in a penthouse suite at London’s most expensive hotels while working on the music.
“Some of the songs Alexander gave me, so I’m pretty excited about that. He’s a producer and a writer and he does everything, so I’m happy about that.”
