Charrisse Jackson-Jordan says she was left off Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th despite helping lay the groundwork for The Real Housewives of Potomac.
“I wasn’t invited,” Charrisse, 61, told Reality Blurb when asked why she did not attend the recent RHUGT gathering featuring several familiar Potomac faces.
And if Bravo had called?
“Of course,” she said when asked whether she would have participated.
The snub stung given how closely Charrisse says she was involved in getting RHOP off the ground.
“I worked my a– off to make Potomac happen,” she told the outlet. “I laid the foundation so others could shine,” going on to add that without her “diligent efforts, no one would know any of the faces of RHOP,” referring to her role in helping assemble the original cast.
The RHUGT episode featured OGs Gizelle Bryant, Robyn Dixon and Ashley Darby reflecting on the franchise’s history. Karen Huger was also absent, with Gizelle explaining that Karen wanted to “baby-step her way back into all things Housewives” after recently leaving prison.
Katie Rost did not appear either.
Charrisse joined RHOP as a full-time cast member when the series premiered and remained through season two. She has since returned for multiple appearances over the years.
Bravo has not publicly explained why some former Housewives were not invited to the anniversary event.
