Cassie’s GHB Testimony Resurfaces in Escort’s Lawsuit Against Diddy!

Clayton Howard is fighting to keep his lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs and Cassie Ventura alive.

Howard, who has been referred to as “Dave” in the Diddy case, filed new papers on May 29 opposing Sean’s request to dismiss his civil lawsuit. His 31-page brief describes what Howard alleges was a nearly decade-long pattern of paid sexual encounters that began after Cassie recruited him through Cowboys 4 Angels in 2009.

The filing includes testimony from Cassie about a disturbing night at a Hamptons motel per AllHipHop. According to Howard’s brief, Cassie testified that she blacked out from GHB and woke up naked in a shower with Howard while Diddy was “freaking out” outside the bathroom. Howard alleges the session continued after that.

Howard’s lawsuit seeks $20 million from Diddy and Cassie. He claims the two used him in a trafficking operation and says Diddy should not be allowed to fight certain facts again because of his criminal conviction. Howard argues that the jury verdict already established important parts of his civil case.

Howard alleges that Cassie helped organize encounters, managed logistics, and used fake names to keep the arrangement hidden, and that Cassie knowingly gave him an STD, became pregnant by him, and had an abortion without telling him.

Howard says the public fallout from the Diddy case ruined his construction business and left him struggling with emotional trauma, medical costs, and lost income. The filing says he was one of three escorts Cassie identified under oath as “most frequently used.”

Now representing himself, Howard says he is studying for a law degree while trying to keep his lawsuit moving forward with less than $100 in assets.
