Casanova’s sentencing for the ongoing Gorilla Stone Nation case has been delayed once again, according to reports.

According to AllHipHop, his new sentencing date is now scheduled for June 27, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. Casanova faces up to 60 years in prison.

In November 2021, Casanova pleaded not guilty to an attempted murder charge as his co-defendant is in talks to accept a plea deal.

Casanova and Jarrett “Jayecee” Crisler, got into an altercation with a member of the Crips outside of the King of Diamonds on October 24. The Crip took offense to the gang signs Casanova was flashing. Crisler, a member of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation, then allegedly shot the gang member and his associate. The rapper confessed to being the shooter in a July 5, 2020, incident at a Florida party involving other gang members. During the altercation, Casanova fired at a rival over a gambling disagreement. Cass also copped to his involvement in a 2018 robbery in Manhattan that left a woman named Niya Rucker severely injured.
