According to Joe Budden Podcast cohost, Officially Ice, Casanova could be home from jail soon.
“I saw Casanova this week, shout out to him,” he said. “He sends everybody his love. He said he’s looking to get sentenced soon, and he thinks he’ll be out.”
Ice added, “I was over there. He’s in Essex. I got somebody over there, and when I went to go see them, he just happened to walk out at the same time.”
In November 2021, Casanova pleaded not guilty to an attempted murder charge as his co-defendant is in talks to accept a plea deal.
Casanova and Jarrett “Jayecee” Crisler, got into an altercation with a member of the Crips outside of the King of Diamonds on October 24th. The Crip took offense to the gang signs Casanova was flashing. Crisler, a member of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation, then allegedly shot the gang member and his associate.
Casanova says he’s innocent.
