Casanova is currently behind bars, but the New York rapper took to his social media to thank fellow incarcerated rapper Tory Lanez for sending him money.
“@torylanez you one of the realest n-ggas I ever met. How you in jail looking out for a n-gga in jail? Sent me enough money to last me for a whole year lol. I love ya heart, I love ya soul. Free us til you see us!” he wrote on Instagram Story.
The rapper did not share how much he’d been sent, but he can rest easy for the next few months knowing his books are full.
Casanova was indicted in 2020 on RICO charges alongside 17 others due to various criminal activities with his Bloods gang “Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation.”
Casanova plead guilty last year, and still has 15 years left on his federal sentence.
He applied for early release in December but his request was denied. The rapper will not see the outside of a prison cell until he’s in his 50s.
